At WunderColor, we believe in the quality of our library and our AI tools. Because we want you to feel comfortable trying us out, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all plans.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with WunderColor, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- No Questions Asked: You don't need to prove anything. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.
- Risk-Free: We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility
For "Lifetime Access" Plans
- You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of purchasing the Lifetime Deal.
- Once processed, your account will be closed, and you will lose access to the library and AI tools immediately.
For "Monthly Subscription" Plans
- You are eligible for a refund of your first month's payment if requested within 30 days of your initial sign-up.
- Renewals: We do not offer refunds on renewal payments (e.g., your second or third month) unless there was a technical billing error. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
We make this easy. You do not need to call us or navigate a complicated menu.

- Details: Include the email address associated with your account. (Feedback is optional, but appreciated!).
Timeline: We typically process refund requests within 24–48 business hours. Once we process it, your bank / credit card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
4. What Happens After a Refund?
Because WunderColor is a digital product:
- Access Revoked: Your login credentials will be deactivated immediately.
- AI Credits: Any unused AI Generation credits are forfeited.
- Downloaded Files: We trust you to be honest. Since you have been refunded, we ask that you delete any uncolored files you downloaded and discontinue their use.
5. Exceptions & Fair Use
We rely on the honesty of our users to keep this policy generous. However, to protect our business and intellectual property, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of Policy Abuse:
- Mass Downloading: If our system detects that you have downloaded a significant portion of our library (e.g., hundreds of images) within a short time before requesting a refund.
- Repeated Refunds: If you have previously purchased and been refunded for a WunderColor plan, you are not eligible for a second refund.
- Chargebacks: If you file a dispute (chargeback) with your credit card provider instead of contacting us, your account will be permanently banned, and you will be ineligible for future use of WunderColor. Please contact us first—we want to help you!
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
If you are on a Monthly Subscription, you can cancel at any time without requesting a refund.
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refund: Returns your money. You lose access immediately.
